THE LAW ON THE AMENDMENT TO THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION HAS ENTERED INTO FORCE !

“The Law on the Amendment to the Law on the Protection of Competition” has been published on the Official Gazette numbered 31165, dated 24.06.2020, and has entered into force.

Through the amendments, the access to the modernity at the competition law and allowing the Competition Authority to be more functional by providing necessary tools that can supply the need of markets are intended.
