THE EDPB ADOPTS DOCUMENTS REGARDING 31ST SESSION

On 18.06.2020, the European Data Protection Board (“EDPB”) adopted documents which are related with the 31st plenary session carried out on 10.06.2020.

The documents contain the following issues;

  • the response of EDPB with respect to the TikTok
  • the letter by EDPB letter with regard to the use of Clearview AI by law enforcement authorities,
  • the appointment letter for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (“ENISA”)
  • EDPB’s letter to respond the European Center for Digital Rights (“NOYB”)
