14.08.2020

The Danish Data Protection Agency (“DPA”) imposed fine of DKK 150.000 on PrivatBo on the ground that the Company had disclosed personal information.

In the present case, the Danish Company PrivatBo assisted a housing fund with an intended sale of three properties so that the Company provided material for the properties which was distributed to the occupants of the properties on a total of 424 USB keys.
