Competition Authority Opens Investigation Against Roche

The decision of the Competition Board ("Board") dated 25.02.2021 and numbered 21-10/130-55, which was taken as a result of the preliminary investigation into the allegation that Roche Müstahzarları Sanayi A.Ş. violated Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition, has been annulled by the decision of the Ankara Regional Administrative Court, 8th Administrative Chamber ("Court") dated 21.03.2024 and numbered 2023/1084 E., 2024/663 K..

Following the annulment decision of the Court, the Board discussed the information and documents in the file at its meeting held on 21.05.2024 and decided to open an investigation with the number 24-23/534-M against Roche Müstahzarları Sanayi A.Ş. to determine whether there has been a violation of Law No. 4054 in order to meet the requirements of the Court's decision.
