EDPB PUBLISHES ITS ANNUAL REPORT 2019

The European Data Protection Board (“EDPB”) has just published its Annual Report for 2019 on its website.

The Annual Report covers the following issues;

• the practical application of the EDPB’s guidelines;
• EDPB’s recommendations and best practice reports;
• EDPB’s binding decisions;
• the levels of data protection of natural persons in the EU and, where relevant, in third countries and international organisations.
